When I initially discussed my health and fitness goals with Dr G. I was struggling with maintaining a diet that allowed me to have my desired body composition as my body fat% was a lot higher than I wanted.

Previously I had never tracked my calories or followed a diet and ate whatever I felt like eating without considering calories or macronutrients. I always thought it would not be possible to achieve my desired body composition because of genetics.

However, after speaking with Dr G. I quickly noticed how knowledgeable and skilled he was at nutrition and I decided to enrol in the nutrition program. Dr G. was able to provide me with a detailed nutrition plan that outlined the calories, macros and quantity of food for each meal as well as provided me with many options tailored to my preferences and demonstrated that I did not need to starve myself or eat undesirable foods in order to achieve my goals. Not only was I provided with a detailed plan, I was also enrolled in an online app that would allow me to track my calories and macros after each meal to ensure I was on track with the nutrition plan making it much easier to follow the meal plan.

Throughout our time working together there were many instances where the changes in my diet started to concern me and I was unsure if I was on the right path but the weekly and bi weekly check-ins with Dr G really helped to reassure me that I was on the right track and Dr G. is always just a phone call or video chat away and he is able to break down in detail my progress to help me understand the progress I was making weekly and monthly.
