How do I obtain a brace or orthotics?

We will accept ANY physician prescription for these items. If you do not have one, but wish to get one, our physicians will be happy to assess you on an urgent basis and provide this if needed. Our brace specialist will educate you about specific questions and details of the brace and process of obtaining. We offer everything you need in-house.

How will I know if my appointment is confirmed?

You appointment is confirmed at the time of booking. We provide 24hour confirmation call prior to you appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, we would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment. This policy will allow sufficient time to book other clients in need of service, as well as respecting our practitioners' time and efforts.
